No one's perfect
No one's me
Fighting harsh demons
That we never see

We all seem different
Yet we're all the same
Just a different attitude
With a unique name

We're all great actors
But we haven't discovered it yet
We hide our misery and pain
So we can, for a moment, forget

We all have a weakness
We all have a memory of pain
But we're to confused and broken
To bother to complain

Some are optimistic
Yet, it's just a false act
To hide the sadness
And keep our emotions intact

While others are distant
Considered different and cruel
They're only being true to their emotions
So maybe we're the fools...

It's not exactly fair
To think you're alone
Everyone around is just like you
Except they hide from the unknown

Some may appear perfect
Some may appear fake
But the only problem is
You've made the mistake

We're so similar
No difference between you and I
To try to stand out
Is living a lie
