Silence

A simple wish whispered in the depths of my mind

The longing for forgotten hope

A heart's heeding musical sound

Hate binding like a rope

The whispering wind lay silent still

Awaiting a terrible fate

Now only dawn of night will tell

How long I have to wait

Time

Devastating chapter

Lost inside my mind

Taking heed of no one

Forgotten over time

Drift into the moment

Losing from now on

Darkness overcomes me

Until the break of dawn

Shadow

Creeping, stalking, watching

Lost behind his eyes

Whispered dreams are talking

But I hide behind my lies

Love reveals the hope that's

Slipping past my life

Mired within the hatred

Coming from his strife

Beauty

Song of angel's likeness

Glory of the sun

Spoken words of beauty

Heard by everyone

Chirping little sparrow

Just before its flight

Gives from the heart a message

Before bidding them goodnight

Calm

Loud and cheerful happy

Longing for a place

To set all fears behind it

And keep alone this space

Still, serene, and quiet

Silent as the night

Smiling face of nothing

Stands before the light
